Do you know where your food comes from?
We are Mike & Edna (Jane) Stavinoha and we raise American Akaushi cattle on the west side of Colorado County in Texas near the town of Weimar. The farm has been in our family for generations and we pride ourselves on bringing you the best tender, buttery flavored beef to put on your family’s table.
Our cattle stay on our farm until harvest, thus we incorporate a very hands-on approach in tending to our herd.
